Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Rose Fresquez The rich and poor- I grew up in a small community where we were considered to be the richest family in town. We were not rich but given the nature of the town, we had more than everybody did. My dad was very respectable and intimidating, which steered the townspeople away from us.
As much as we wanted to connect with people, they kept their distance. The guys in the area were afraid to approach the girls in our family. But one day, despite my dad's fierceness, my sister fell in love with a local and they found a way to develop a romance. Let's just say that Love can do crazy things.
