Goodreads asked Lee J. Minter:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Lee J. Minter If I feel myself experiencing writer's block. I stop, rest my mind, and go back to writing when I feel I have genuine fresh ideas to keep the story flowing. To me its all about flow and engaging the reader in a story whereas they want to know what the hell is going to happen next? A novel should be like a good movie, interesting characters and twisted life and death drama! So, to me, writer's block is simply when the writer has nothing else to say, which should be "The End."
