Hi Fiona - sorry for my late response! Thank you for your interest in my books! I base them in and around Dartmoor, and the south of Devon - I have used Totnes as my setting for book 2, Bad Sister, but usually make up fictional names for places inspired by the real ones! I live near the market town of Newton Abbot and so am influenced by this and other local towns and villages. Whereabouts in Devon did you live?

Are you serious?? I am from Newton Abbot! Whenever I am home there are three places I always want to visit, Teignmouth Pier, Dartmoor and Totnes. Did you grow up there? I went to Coombeshead Comprehensive. I grew up in Highweek. I think I saw someone write about you on FB. I haven't been on Goodreads for a while - am glad to see your message.

There are references to the mom being a previous victim, but apparently there are no books written before this one. Is there one describing explaining why she's afraid to go outside her home? I'm in the middle of Saving Sophie and it feels like there should be explanations about how Rachel and she got to this point in their friendship.
