Hi Andrew. I have three questions for you! 1-Can you imagine an anime of Arcane Ascension series made by MadHouse? 2-Would you say this has been a good decade for fantasy? For me yes. It has been a very good decade for fantasy!! 3-When do you think Doors of Stone and Winds of Winter will be released? 1) I can certainly imagine it, but I don't think I could manage to get one - not yet, anyway. Getting anime adaptations of western stories is extremely tricky, from my understanding, and I don't have any real connections in the field. It's absolutely something I'm looking into (not MadHouse specifically, but an anime), but I don't expect it to pan out any time soon.
2) Absolutely. We're seeing great works in both the self-published space (like Will Wight's books) as well as a lot of emerging traditional series, like Sanderson's Stormlight Archives.
3) No idea, but I'll look forward to reading them whenever they do come out.

Hi Andrew, I recently powered through some of your work and loved it. Can't wait for the 3rd installment for the arcane ascension series this year. Questions is what advice would you have for an individual who has the bucket list goal of wanting to write their own EPIC fantasy adventure web novel. Start practicing with short stories or just jump straight into it? Any good places to learn?
