Like many writers, I started to scribble as a child. Growing up, I was completely obsessed with the tudors and started a novel about Anne Boleyn. I wish I'd kept going - I might have given Philippa Gregory a run for her money!
I've always loved reading (in fact I took an English degree so that I could read books all day) and each time I finish a wonderful novel, it makes me want to write one like it.

Hi there Gill, Just wondering what you are working on next? I truly enjoyed The Oceans Between Us as I am Australian with a English Dad in his late 70s and so this really hit me like a ton of bricks. What an emotional story. I gave it 5 stars. With thanks Amanda, Sydney AU
