Michael J. Sullivan:
Since you're basically self publishing the remainder of the series is it possible there will be an accelerated release schedule?
Michael J. Sullivan
Yes indeed! When Orbit was releasing the books of the Legends of the First Empire series, they came out once a year:
* June 2016: Age of Myth
* July 2017: Age of Swords
* July 2018: Age of War
But with the second half of the series, all three will be within 10 months of each other:
* July 2019: Age of Legend
* Feb 2020: Age of Death
* May 2020: Age of Empyre
Plus, we have (and are continuing to) run Kickstarters for each book and backers get them 3 months before their official release date. In fact, the Age of Death Kickstarter is running now (through September 9th), and people who back it will get the book in October. The Age of Death Kickstarter isn't launched yet, but when it does, those backers will get their books in February. So, yeah, we've definitely accelerated the releases.

Michael J. Sullivan:
I saw where you said you used Scrivener. I've been thinking about buying it for a while now but I've been hesitant because I don't really know anybody with experience using it. What do you like about the program and what are its drawbacks? Are there any kinds of writers you think it's best suited for or is it fairly well a cover-all recommendation?

You present a beautiful representations of redemption and resurrection in the Riyria Revelations, as well as a wonderful image of heaven/the afterlife. Are you Catholic (or some other Christian denomination)? I've rarely seen such perfect parallels in fantasy stories.

I know I have asked this before but cannot find it - I just saw Age of Empyre is available to pre-order on Audible.com - does it in any way diminish your chance at hitting best-seller lists if I pre order it? Is it better to wait until first week of release? Sorry for repeat question but I have memory issues yet a zeal to proselytize your sales :)
