Just finished devilish montague and found it delicious, almost sublime. everything i look for in a regency comedy of manners. however did i miss your crediting Richard with solving the alpha numeric code that depended on Africa and Percy? if so that is the only flaw i can point to, it was ungenerous. I do hope to read Lady Bel and Quent's story. This was my first introduction to your work. I love parrots.

I really cannot remember how I handled this, sorry. Should I ever need to go back and edit, I'll try to keep an eye out. Richard was such an odd character that he probably wouldn't acknowledge credit but be off doing something else. ;)

Ms. Rice, I'm just razing to ask this question of writers of historical stories so please do not feel singled out here. I'm asking you because I've never read any of your books and is considering Incomparable Lord Meath Novella of those the Rebellious Sons series. Do you stick to the 'historical' in historical? That is, the usage of words, dialogue, phrases, etc. that is relevant to the period the story is set?
