I loved writing the scene in the inn, when the soldiers from Syhl Shallow showed up and Harper pretended to be a princess. It was just scary and fun at the same time, and I really loved it. I also loved the conversation between Harper and Grey in the stables, when she asks him to show her how to throw knives. For much of the book, I was really looking forward to Grey and Jake meeting, because I was JUST SO SURE they were going to be immediate best friends. But then I put them together and they clashed IMMEDIATELY. It's always so much fun when that happens, and you get to see a lot more of them together in A HEART SO FIERCE AND BROKEN. :-)

Hi Brigid, this might be a silly question since sacrifice isn't out yet.....but I would sooooo love to see Nick meet Adam's parents? Is that possible?? Because I thought they were sooooo adorable in secret and I would love to read something in Adams POV. Anyway....seriously love your books and CANNOT wait for Michaels story.
