What are you currently working on?

Sylvia Beckett Davidson I'm working on several book projects at the moment and all will be revealed once I've moved into the second draft phase. Three of those works are urban fantasy novels that share the same setting and run almost linearly with one another - note, they aren't meant to be read linearly though, but I will indicate when the time comes. World building so far has been fun, and I'm teaching myself a lot about the process too.

I'm working on another self-published collection which will be another essay collection with a narrative about a long distance relationship and the narrators opinions on love itself.

Another novel is set in a dystopian world where everyone is so self-segregated that they live in hubs across the planet. It's still in very early development so I can't say much at the moment about it. The last but not least is a novel I've been working on for years and years. It's an immigration story about a young woman who is setting up a new life in a new metropolitan city and learning more about who she is and how her own words can carve new experiences for her.

That's all for now and I'd say I'm full at the moment. Any new ideas I will jot down in my writing journals and bury deep in my mind for excavation later.
