I found your book Black Lies at a book sale, so I brought it home, cause I like your writing(and the cover is pretty lol). But someone spoiled the plot twist for me. In your opinion, even though I know the plot, will I still enjoy reading the book? Is it a romance or is it a thriller?

Alessandra Torre yes, even though you know the twist, you will still enjoy it! A lot of readers actually read it a second time - after they know the twist, because they read it in a different manner. And some people figure out the twist early on, and still love the book. Go and read it!
