I had previously seen your 5* star rating, but I didn't realise you had a posted a review too. Thanks very much for your intelligent and insightful comments about the book. I'm very happy you enjoyed it.
Even though I wrote the book, my feelings about it echo your own in many ways - it continues to haunt me to this day, in ways both good and bad, and probably will for the rest of my life. Some things are never truly over.
