Are you already working on another series? of ANYTHING? I am in AWE of your story telling. I can actually REMEMBER your characters. Like all of them. (not a small list) I just want to know how long I have to wait to read more of your stories.

Hey Linda. I'm so glad that you asked. I do have more stories coming, though in different worlds. The first one is called Saving Fable. It releases in September of 2019. It's a MG fantasy about a young girl who's attending Protagonist Preparatory to learn how to be a character in a book. You can find out more here: https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/bo...
In January, my next young adult series will also release. If you're a fan of the Nyxia trilogy, you're going to love this one. It starts with Ashlords, and focuses on a phoenix horse racing competition. The horses used in these races live for a day, die each night, and burst into flames. The competitors have to mix different alchemical combinations-- that can create very different horses-- to resurrect their mount the next morning. The race takes place over 5 days and involves a lot of riding, alchemy, and fighting-- because you have to defend your ashes each night from being poisoned by other competitors. It's a REALLY fun book. More news will be out on it soon.

I was wondering what happened to Jaime? I'm rereading your books to see if I missed anything, but I'm just wondering why, in the beginning, he seemed so nonchalant about the money. Also, when Emmett is talking about Azima kissing both Longwei and Bilal, he says "It's not 2020 anymore, man. Girl's got the right to kiss who she wants." even though your book was published in 2017. Was this a reference to COVID? :o
