I'm headed to next series: Enemy of Mine. are these scenarios based on your personal experience in the military? To me, it's so real and pages 284-286 are Pike & Jennifer confrontation about the morality of their work.

Thank you for the praise! Glad you're enjoying the series. As for your question, there is nothing in my books that I have directly participated in. I'm not "changing names" and writing about real world events, because most of those were classified. Having said that, yes, of course my personal experience comes into play. It would be impossible not to. If someone were going to write a scene about learning to ride a bike, what would they do? They'd think about what it was like for them to ride a bike. It's no different for me. When I'm writing a fictional scene about a counter-terrorist hit in Germany I can't help but think of my past experiences to craft the story to the best I can. And yes, that does include the discussion of the morality of the work. Thanks again!

Hi, I haven't read any of your books yet, but I am planning on it when one of them goes on sale on Kindle. Which book would you suggest I start with? I am looking for a read that doesn't have sex, but I don't mind violence to much, unless it is over the top. Language doesn't bother me unless there's a lot.

Thank you for sharing your imagination. I really enjoy the Pike Logan Series. I have a friend who asked me how I am able to enjoy reading so much. I told him that he had to learn how to join his imagination to the writers imagination. You have to build a movie within your mind. With that said, who would you like to see play the parts of Pike Logan and Jennifer? Who are they in your mind?
