Could a low level enchanter enchant high level runes if they had a large number of low level crystals? For example could Corin use 22 crystals with 100 mana to make a Citrine level enchantment?

Hello Andrew, just going through the book "Sufficiently Advanced Magic" on audio after driving from Arizona to Southern California. My Camera-Man ( his sister reviews books) had me listening to it through the drive and I just wanted to say the book was excellent. How does Blake Hartigan's control of his reincarnation work? I am not asking for the spell he uses I just want a clearer picture of the results, does he use destiny sorcery to predict where he will be reborn or does take over the body of a child? Is he reborn with all his power or does he have to start over each time?
