Heading to Dublin for WorldCon 2019 tomorrow with questions all planned for your kaffeeklatsch, only to discover you won't be there! So glad to see there's an alternative that you're active on, so I can ask my questions here instead. Since I'm character-limited, I'll split them into multiples. First question: do you have a page where you publish your con schedule, or does one have to dig through your blog?

I am mostly retired from the convention circuit these days, so any rare travel and appearance announcements will be posted on my blog. (Such as the recent very local booksigning at Uncle Hugo's.)

Hi.First, please forgive the riend request, was a slip of the thumb on my iPad. Second. I m reading Penric’s Progress, and loving it all over again. I wonder though if you have been approached by any RPG publishers who want to make the world into game? I know SJ Games did GURPS Vorkosigan, and i hope that was mutually beneficial. W5G is such a wonderful and rich place, i feel like it would be fun to play in it.

Again I am rereading Captain Vorpatril's Alliance. Knowing G. Heyer is was something of an early influence for you, the thought drifted across my mind that Ivan is a many generations distant descendent of Freddy from Cottilion (he is my favorite character amongst Heyer's books). Both tend to be overshadowed by brighter stars, both have down to earth common sense. Was Freddie also a favorite of yours?

Did you hear that Lord Miles was withdrawn from the Derby? It eerily echoes the fictional Lord Miles getting pulled from the "race" and path he had so aspired to (only it was another horse that tragically broke its leg, leading to the withdrawal). Will Lord Miles the horse be able to find an alternate path forward as did the fictional Miles? We await the outcome.
