Writing is a marathon and not a sprint. Some days the creative juices will flow and some days they will not. On the days they are not flowing, find something else constructive you can do with your book. Continuity checks, proofread are activities you can do to keep the book moving forward. If all else fails, take a day or two away and come back refreshed.
