Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Mehmet Yildiz I get my ideas usually at work when dealing with problems. There are times when we face challenges such as no references, no guidance to complete certain tasks. Then we start experimentation. My books reflect the learnings from those experimentations. I even experiment with my mind and body to transform them into a better functioning state. Life is constant trial and error leading useful learnings and experiences.
