Are we ever going to see Erik try and fill in the gaps in his knowledge base? He keeps running into problems he can't solve correctly because he is not an MD, chemist, engineer, or what have you but he has almost unlimited time an resources now. Why doesn't he hop over to a fast paced Earth iteration and go back to college? He could get all the Doctorates.

Like most people, he finds branching out into an entirely new field of study to be mildly daunting. He doesn't need to be an MD in his day-to-day life, so he doesn't feel it's a priority. Oh, he *will* study medicine to improve his healing spells, but it's not something to drop everything for.
Incidentally, the time differential, while useful, is unpredictable. Properly arranged, he could abandon everything and go get a degree in what would amount to a fraction of the usual time. The trouble is, what fraction? A day? A week? Or would it average closer to a year? He has no way to control it.

Cultivation worlds operate Taoist concept by which humans can extend their lifespan through practicing a set of martial and mystical arts involving meditation and the cultivation of Qi with the ultimate goal of becoming an immortal or attain godhood. This process is usually broken up into stages like levels in an RPG and each stage will improve the person's body and soul. Does that make sense?

Which is stronger, the demon king or erick? By that I mean if the two went head to head in a soul battle like in book 7 with no outside influence who would win? I ask because I always got the impression that the demon king both hated and feared Erick and that was why it always used either a trap or the element of surprise when facing him.

Has Eric ever considered making another Bronze—perhaps a dog version, or just even a more permanent dog companion? While they don’t seem to last, Eric seems to enjoys dogs; I believe he’s had several over time. He had security dogs in his first book with Sasha. Then in book three (I think), he got Francine, another dog for protection. Much later, he got Gus.
