I remember being very young and reading The Box Car Children, and realizing the author had control of the events and the outcome, and that concept intrigued me. Now, as a writer, that concept excites me. Daily mindfulness meditation helps keep my "channels" open, so when I'm writing, my creativity can flow freely.
