No question, Iain M Banks' The Culture universe, because it's utopian, civilized, and post-scarcity: a pretty cool place to hang out, I reckon, especially if I could get to interact with some of the Ships. That would be awesome. I might *quite* like to bring a Culture knife missile home with me, too, but The Culture being what it is, I doubt that would be permitted. :)

Hi, I just wanted to ask what the status is for Book 4 (The Golden Fire) of the Wall of Night series? I believe it was scheduled to be published in December 2020 but now I can't find it on Amazon and on Waterstones it says "publication abandoned", yet the Goodreads page still lists it as being published (but it has no reviews). I live in the UK btw so does that affect things?
