A picture book for children about death called ‘When I Am a Tree’ in collaboration with the artist who did the work for ‘Dark Horses’ and a series of short stories tentatively titled ‘Tales for my Grandchildren (But Probably Too Creepy for Yours)'. I’m also preparing a short story for my critique group’s next anthology, and working on my bi-monthly column at Luna Station Quarterly.

How do you write respectful/reverent depictions of the Theoi in fiction while still creating a compelling narrative? How does your relationship with the Gods change the way you write about Them? I've been chewing on this a lot lately, especially as I write more about the Theoi and reread some of the (unflattering) mythology depictions that I grew up with.
