I would love to get a signed copy of Naked or Dead, but I would have to pay international shipping from your website. Is that my only option?

Unfortunately so. Just to post one book from the UK, the pricing is ridiculous and I have to send them myself. It cost me £25 approx $30 to post a 1.5kg parcel last week to the US and books come in at about 0.7kg in weight on average.
I wish there was another way. :'(
