Where, if anywhere, was this series based in the world? It obviously has the fallen city, but of course it could be just about any city, even fantasy!

P.C. Cast Are you asking about Tales of a New World? If so, it's set in and around Portland, OR. Farm Island is Sauvie Island. The Tribe of the Trees are in the hills overlooking Sauvie, and Mari's Clan is deeper in the forest south of there.
