My daughter is doing her Author Report on you. She would like to ask "What are the names of your animals?" She read that each of your animals has "brought magic into your life" and she'd like to know more about them. Also, "How long did it take for Sue to write her first book." "Is every book you write about a different animal you have?" "What is your favorite type of tea to drink while writing?" Thank you.

Sue Bentley Hi and thanks for your questions. I used to have lots of cats - Poppy, Bradley, Misty, Bernie and Brian and Ebony - not all at once! They were all gorgeous and every one of them had a different personality. They all went to cat heaven as they grew older and now I get kitty and puppy cuddles from my son, who has 2 dogs and 4 cats.
It took me many years to learn how to write before my first book. And then I was able to write a Magic Kitten book in about two months. I make up the animals I write about, but sometimes add details from cats I used have as pet. While writing I drink Yorkshire or English Breakfast tea.
