Hi! I'm such a fan of the Chronicles of St. Mary's books--reading #10 now, and glad to see #11 comes out next year. Do you hope/plan to just keep writing them, or is there an end in sight? I ask because I will need major preparation to wrap my mind around the fact that it might all end!

Hi Ashley, thanks for your question.
Like Max, I don't give the future a lot of thought. I don't think St Mary's can or should go on for ever. I can't think of anything worse than people saying, 'Oh, she's just writing the same book over and over again,' which is something I really don't want to have happen.
That's one of the reasons I've started new series - The Nothing Girl, Elizabeth Cage, and there's a few Regency Romances I'd like to have a go at as well. And it's quite relaxing to write in a different genre as well.
Hope this answers your question. Best wishes, Jodi.

First let me say thanks for all the great books ( I have read all the different series and love the all)
I cant remember which book explains who Markham really is. I believe he is one of the "Princes in the Tower" but I cant, for the life of me remember which book that is explained....? I need to re read it.

Hi Jodi! 👋 Getting my barely-young-adult son into the classic sci-fi stuff, and this weekend we started on the original "The Twilight Zone" series. Of course the 1st episode, "Where Is Everybody?" Made him gasp, as the main character is in a jumpsuit. I'm ashamed to say, he caught this before I did - but of course he wants to know if this was inspiration. 🥰

It's the strangest things one suddenly notices when starting over from the beginning for the fourth or fifth time (I lost track). This time it's the uniform colours. We know the colours of historians, security, IT and technicians. What about R&D? Do they count as blue? Or the kitchen, or wardrobe, or the PA's or the library. If Dr Dowson is not usually in a brown grandpa cardigan and half-moon glasses, I shall riot!
