If I really like an author I sometimes pre-order their next book, Kobo being my store of choice. You are at the utter top of my list of "I seriously can't wait!" authors, but I can't track down any preorders available, is it just me? I'm told preorders help authors and I'd like to give you my vote of support if at all possible.

Hi William. I'm flattered to be at the top of your list of "I seriously can't wait!" authors. I very much appreciate your support for my books, and it's entirely my fault that you can't track down any pre-orders.
There are a lot of factors to consider in having pre-orders on books. I'm currently choosing not to do them, mostly because I'm running on very tight time-scales to get the books out as fast as possible. If I set a pre-order, then failing to meet the promised date would both disappoint people and cause major problems. That means I'd have to set the dates to allow leeway for my background illness flaring up or a book misbehaving, and all my releases would be pushed several months into the future.
So for now I'm not doing pre-orders, but anyone on my newsletter list will get an email whenever a new book is published. If I do have a pre-order for anything then I'll yell about here to make sure people know.

THANK YOU! I haven't reread a book since I had a concussion 3 years ago, just couldn't. I read through the whole trilogy in one day (just over 12 hours) and now I'm rereading Earth Girl now that I've seen it "all". THIS IS AN AMAZING TRILOGY. I am so frustrated with the people who gave it one star after giving up on it. Srsly, I adore this universe. Any chance of vorkosigan/LMcB style continuance?
