I can't wait to read more of your work! Can you hint as to how many more novels/short stories you intend to write for this series? xx

Jodi Taylor Hi Emma. Thanks for your question. I'm a little embarrassed to say I have no idea how many more books there will be. There's a new St Mary's book out in April - Plan For the Worst, and I've started the one after that - Another Time, Another Place. And there's a Christmas story I should be getting on with any day now. In addition to that, there's the next Time Police story - Hard Time, and I really want to do a couple of stand-alone stories as well. And at least one more Regency Romance. And I've started the third Elizabeth Cage story, too. Sometimes there don't seem to be enough hours in the day. Best wishes, Jodi.

Here's something to ponder: if there happened to be a sweatshirt with a design on it (maybe a small stone hut disguising a pod?) and some text on it ("We're St Mary's - what could possibly go wrong?"), I would buy such an article of clothing and wear it to pieces. Just saying.

Thank you for your amazing characters and stories! I haven't been as taken with a story for ages as I was with Just One Damned Thing .. <3 I started to question my own assumption that this was set in the near future. You mention riots and the "Battersea Barricades" and the US "closing their borders" made me think this was set in a future post-system-collapse world with a deliberately vague date? Am I wrong?

Hi Jodi, Thoroughly enjoying the books - I've also inducted my wife into St Mary's way of life! Sorry for asking a nit-picking question - In the Time Police novels the phrase Time-travel/Time-travelling etc. starts with a capital "T", but not in the St Mary's books. Is this a deliberate choice just for The Time Police? Many thanks.
