Your books take place in or around Boston (of the ones I've read at least). Any chance of you throwing in some easter eggs about St. Eligius hospital? Of course that would mean that all of your books take place in a snowglobe in the mind of an autistic child, but I don't know that that would be a bad thing....

Hi, I was very excited to read your book "Head Full of Ghosts," so I entered (and won) a goodreads giveaway for it that ended October 6th, 2015. However, I never received the book and when I reached out to the William Morrow, who listed the giveaway, I never received my copy. I was wondering if this was done through yourself, or if it was an independent giveaway you have no association with?
