What strikes me in Nepal is that there seems to be a lot of attention for gender equality and expressing gender fluidity. There are newly introduced laws to protect (trans)(wo)men, which is amazing. Yet in practice, and based on the conversations I had with women, they are still marginalized. Could you please explain? Thank you so much.
