How do you get inspired to write?

Kimberley Paterson My lifelong dream has been to write a children's book, my two children loved books and now my four grandchildren enjoy them just as much. My inspiration has been my grandchildren, I feel that it is very important to introduce books into their lives, they can learn so much. Now that Frankie the Ferret has been published, I watch, listen and learn about the books that my grandchildren enjoy and are most interested in, I am currently working on a second book based on their interests.
