I am looking forward to #2 of First Edition library Mystery. When will you be publishing #2? As a Library Director in CT, I love mysteries but especially with libraries as a setting. Since we are all quarantined I have been enjoying cozy mysteries a great deal. Thanks for writing them!

Good morning (from the West Coast)! Thanks so much for your question. I'm delighted to tell you that book 2 in the First Edition Library mysteries will be out in October. Its title: Murder Is a Must, and just as in book 1 (The Bodies in the Library), I have woven bits of a Golden Age of Mystery book into the plot. This time I used Murder Must Advertise by Dorothy L. Sayers. I love that book! I'm happy you like Hayley's stories and I'm now writing book 3! We are all reading a lot these days, aren't we? Good for us (but too bad the reason).

Hello, I absolutely love First Edition Library Series, and am wondering if you will have a fourth book in the series? What really draws me to the series besides the story, is the setting, and your vivid descriptions of Bath, still a city I have not visited. Of course, being a lover of all things cake, I love the Sally Lunn teatime! My apologies if this question has already been asked. Thank you.

I was wondering why you made the tortoiseshell cat Bunter in the First Edition Library Series a male, considering those are really rare (only about 1 in 3,000) and usually sterile? Were you aiming to have a really rare cat (and 7 in a row, to boot!) or was it just not knowing?
