Hey! Hope you are doing well.
What series are you asking about? Because it depends on the book/series. For example, with my Crown of Shards epic fantasy series, the publisher gets an artist to do the covers, and then I have a chance to comment/make suggestions on them.
But with my self-published books, like my Mythos Academy spinoff series, then I hire the artist and make the final decision on the cover art.
