How do you deal with writer’s block?

Sam Kench I don't think I quite experience writer's block in the traditional way I have always heard it described. I sometimes get stuck at a particular point in a story but with enough caffeine and enough time spent staring at my laptop, I can usually power through that blockage. Sometimes it becomes clear that an idea needs a bit more time to gestate, but when that happens, I jump right into another project to remain productive.
