I don't believe in writer's block. You're always writing even when you're not sitting at the computer pounding it out. Sometimes, it's just a matter of working it out to be the best it can be. Not saying some folks don't actually get writer's block but I pretty much know where I'm going with a story and allow the story to take me there.
