When my son Andy was sick in the hospital I wrote a daily blog and a lot of people told me I should consider writing a book. That's when the seed was planted. Then things kept happening (breast cancer, a second divorce, layoff, financial problems) and learnings kept accumulating (life lessons and a Master in Human Development) until I decided to make it my mission to help people find their own light and strength in the middle of adversity and to provide tools to help them thrive even in the middle of chaos. This book is the first tool.
