Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Craig D. Lounsbrough Low self-esteem is rampant. It permeates every aspect of our lives and can dramatically diminish the living of our lives. The idea for this book came from the many patients that I see who struggle with this issue and who live marginalized lives because of it. I have watched my patients perpetually wrestle with it and experience great difficulty in overcoming it. Therefore, the idea of approaching this issue in a fresh way was inspired by my patients.
