Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Virginia O'Malley Eire West's idea came from working in the West of Ireland and spending some months working in Connemara where I started writing this book in my spare time. This was in the mid-1990s.

The Faery Tree was inspired by a children's story competition I entered in 1998. I was a finalist and kept the idea to develop into a children's book at some point. I got the opportunity this year during the lockdown on furlough from work. This year I have managed to get all my works published in ebook and paperback on Amazon.
