Hi Emma, I just finished reading A Five-Minute Life and I honestly don't know what to say. No amount of praise I could give you would compensate for the feeling of appreciation I have for you- your book honestly was amazing. I just spent who knows how long sobbing my eyes out- from the bottom of my heart- thank you. Your books mean so much to me. I just wanted to know what gives you inspiration?/ just say thank you.<3

Wow, thank you so much, Lolina! I'm so honored and gratified to hear this. As for what inspires me, I'm not entirely sure actually. I'll have an idea for a character and they start speaking to me and the next thing I know, I have an idea of the story that needs to be told. Sometimes a situation or plot idea comes along with it, but almost always it begins with the characters. Thank you for the lovely comment and question <3

Hello, Emma! I love your books! I think you come up with truly creative and deep stories that I enjoy getting lost in. I especially love meeting/getting to know all of the interesting people that live in your stories. How to Save a Life and Sugar & Gold are two of my absolute favorite books by you. I was wondering if you’re planning on writing anymore books for the Dreamcatcher series?

Miss Scott, The first book I read by you was Sugar & Gold and I was hooked. I loved you from there and I loved your book. You write such simple stories with magnificent and magical moments. You affected my life in a very positive way and you healed some part of me. If anyone asks me what is my fav book of yours, I would probably say every book I've read. So, thank you for writing the books. I love you?
