I was so struck and moved by this quote and am really hoping to hear more of your thoughts on the subject. Can we discuss? I genuinely appreciate your voice... "If you want to forget something or someone, never hate it, or never hate him/her. Everything and everyone that you hate is engraved upon your heart; if you want to let go of something, if you want to forget, you cannot hate."

Hello,
How are you? I hope you are safe and well.
I'm happy to read your kind and supportive words. Hate is very similar to love in the way how it engraves images and feelings into minds and hearts. Sometimes, hate may even be more effective than love at doing that. You never forget anyone you hate. Personally, I am rather vengeful, so as you can imagine coming from a vengeful type of individual, I know what I am saying.
What would you like to discuss further? 😊😊 Feel free! 😊

Hello. I want to use your quote "I am never alone wherever I am. The air itself supplies me with a century of love. When I breathe in, I am breathing in the laughter, tears, victories, passions, thoughts, memories, existence, joys...." May I use it and how would you like me to cite it? Is it from a book?
