Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Bailie Lawson I have long been fascinated with memory and memory dysfunctions. When a person suffers from amnesia the amnesia is usually for their personal history, but they still remember how to speak and read, what a hospital looks and smells like, etc. And sometimes sense memory remains intact. I wondered what it would feel like to wake up one day with amnesia and to have to function as a detective to uncover the truth about your former life
