What inspired me to write was a newfound voice! I 've been writing poetry since I was in middle school. My poetry was known to be fearless, straight to the point, and times deeply mysterious. Years later, I listened to expression poetry that triggered my fearless alter ego. I started to read hundreds of books that contained inner thoughts through storytelling! I wanted to do that, and so I did! I left fear far behind.
