Since I am retired I have expanded my reading to several genres. My late night favorite is science fiction. Reflecting back on my teaching years I read books on advanced math and physics. Through a personal interest in history I read books on medieval Europe. Through involvement with my church and teaching Sunday School I read religious-oriented books.

I am a descendant of the Carcaux family (and many others) in this book, A Chronological History of Early French-Canadian Families: The First 60 Years. I am trying to find documents for the DAR supporting the fact that Nicholas Carcaux fought in the American Revolution but I do not find him in the U.S., Revolutionary War Rolls, 1775-1783. Can you help me?
