Hi Marilynn, Hope you are doing well. I was wondering if you had a list of your top favorites for books about the partition of India? I love historical books, but if it is historical fiction that would be awesome too. I have seen some books, but wanted your input. Thank you so much, Amber

So great to hear from you! My absolute favorite is not fiction - Freedom at Midnight is so well written. I have been meaning to read Daughters of Partition and Indian Summer, but have not yet done so. I just read a book this past fall that begins before partition but the bulk of the story takes place in the US. It’s called A Place for Us.
