Friends with the Monsters was in my suggested reading and the cover had me drawn in. Love Dani and her monsters, so much I got the audiobook. Can't wait for book 2, patiently waiting for 20 Sept. Would you share who did your book cover art? I saw one of your previous Q/A's about you saw the cover first and the story came to you. If this is the story, which character was inspired from the monster on the cover?

The photo I found was the inspiration for the book, not the cover. I showed the photo to the designer and explained exactly what I was looking for and Pixie Covers brought it together for me. There isn't a specific monster in the book that represents the monster on the cover. More that I wanted a female lead that embraced monsters instead of feared them.
