Goodreads asked Asha Everly:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Asha Everly I think in 500 word chunks. If I'm not in the mood, 500 words is not a huge ask. I just sit down, write 500 words, as small scene, any place in the story I am writing. Sometimes, it spawns a new idea. Sometimes, it just inspires me for the next day. 500 words a day, my dears.

Worst case? I pick up one of my other stories and write on that for a few days.
