i love creating stories myself, and the one thing I don't get is how to add personality, and more sides to my villains. Any way you can help??

Thank you for the question. It's a very difficult task. You must imagine yourself in the situation, try to think what you'd say. About the villains, you must add what you and your friends would detest most. It comes itself, it's too difficult to put in words.
