I usually walk away from the project and maybe take a day or two to read books that aren't in the same genre, watch TV shows I like (relevant to my book or not) and break out the story dice as they can often prompt a side plot for the characters that gets the book moving forward. Inspiration can come from anywhere and I think keeping yourself open to that at any time is the best thing for writing.
