I write. It sounds super simple, and it is. When the notice on my calendar says it’s time to sit down and write, that’s what I do. I don’t always write what I intend (though most of the time I do). If the words I need don’t come, I let the words flow until they feel right. At that point, I turn them into what I need to be working on.
