It was only around three years ago, and I had found myself spending time with some people who were really hurting. I'd never considered writing before, but after quite a long process of trying to guide these people I loved to some restoration, I felt I needed to start to write to ensure I was better prepared in the future. This is where my first book 'Stuck in the Mud' came from. It's a love letter to anyone who needs to hear they will fly again.
