Dear Kerri, I, too, was born in Rumford, Maine (many years before you were!) and my father's family is from Mexico. We are Le Blanc's and I still have many cousins living in the area. Several years ago, my dad wanted to do a tour "down memory lane" and so I went back with him to see where he grew up on Penley Hill in Mexico. Your book brought back a flood of memories both good and bad. Thank you for writing it. ?
